FAQ 

How many vehicles do you have? Currently we have 32 vehicles, these are our own company cars and are all 2008 models. Within the next 2 months we have plans to purchase another 6 vehicles, again 2009 models. 

And what kind of vehicles /size do you have? Our company vehicles consist of 3 Big bus(46 passengers),5 midibus(25passengers) 11 minibus (13 passengers), 6 people carriers (7 passengers), 3 Mercedes Vito (6 passengers) and  various cars (3-4 passengers), Fiat Diablo’s, Punto’s, Albea’s. 

Also we have access to a range of new transfer coaches, midibuses, minibuses, people carriers and cars from our company partners. These have all passed European safety tests and inspections and are from reputable companies. 

Do your drivers or anyone in your office speak English? We have some English speaking drivers. They will, however, all have mobile phone connection to our resort office where there will be English speaking staff 24 hours a day

We will also monitor the useage of our services during the season and will negotiate other discounts and commissions as the season progresses. 
 

Do you provide baby seats and child seats? Yes, we have a variety of seats available to our customers. 

Do you charge extra for the use of these? No, providing they are pre-booked we have no extra charge. They are subject to availability in high season. 

How much do you charge for ‘waiting time’ at the airport? There is no charge for this. 

Do you charge for ‘out of hours’ / night time pick-ups ? If yes, What times are your ‘out of hours’ times? (e.g. 21.00 to 06.00). All our transfers are the same price, regardless of the time. 

How much do you charge for cancellation? What amount of time do you require for cancellation notice? If the transfer is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled flight arrival time then the cost is 20% of the transfer price. Any cancellations made prior to 24 hours before the flight arrival time will not carry a charge.
